How to use Stand 21 ordering process system?


This ordering control system is optimized for Internet Explorer 7.0.5730 and later and Mozilla Firefox 3 and later. If you use any other browser, problems can occur through these pages.
The system is currently available in English and in French and you can switch from one language to another at any time using the pull-down menu at the top right of the page.

The Stand 21 ordering control system allows any driver or team to send requests for free estimates concerning stock products to one’s Stand 21 advisor and to follow the order resulting of this request.
It also allows him/her to submit suits measurements to his/her Stand 21 representative.

Create your account

To create your Stand 21 account, you simply click on "Sign up" when you're on the home page.

Then the form appears with a number of mandatory fields marked with asterisks.

The field "Franchise" is very important because it conditions the receipt of your estimate requests and a good order. You must select the franchise or your local Stand 21 distributor from a pull-down menu.

When validating the form, an e-mail is sent to the specified address in the "e-mail" field to summarize the information contained in creation of the account.

You can then log in with your codes.

Once into the system, a number of tabs will appear.

"Profile" tab

This tab allows you to have a summary of all mailing information: address, e-mail, phone, etc. related to the account. You can change them at any time as well as your password.

"Measures" tab

This tab provides a summary of measures associated with the account for the different Stand 21 products.

If you wish to submit your suit measurements to your Stand 21 advisor, you can fill in the dedicated fields of the page (If there are existing measurement in the database for you, they will appear on the left, as indication).
While clicking on the "Submit" button, you will send automatically a message to your Stand 21 representative for him to check that.

For help on taking measurements, you can click on the specific links.

"Estimate request" tab

It allows you to create an estimate ("Create an estimate request") from the franchisee or the Stand 21 exclusive distributor or to view or modify an existing request ("My estimates in progress").

Create an estimate request

By clicking on "Create an estimate", you go to a shopping cart where you can choose a number of different products on which you are requesting an estimate.

After clicking on “Fill in an order form”, you find a screen where you can:
- Add products to your shopping cart ("Add a line to the estimate")
- Precise your order (rectangular icon to the right of the line of the desired product)
- Remove a product from the cart (icon shaped in a red cross to the right of the line of the desired product)
- Simply delete your application or validate it with your Stand 21 advisor.

Fill in an order form

By clicking on the rectangular icon to the right of each product in your cart, you can fill a number of different information for these products (colour, size...).

This step is absolutely not mandatory and you may very well just send the request on the basis of the chosen products in the cart.
As shown, a right click will get you help on each field.

"Orders tracking" tab

This tab allows you to follow all the current orders on the account. By clicking on the magnifying glass to the right of the selected order, you can have details with captioned information on the order progress, ordering forms and various attachments related to that order.

The "Contact" tab allows you to send an e-mail to your Stand 21 contact.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our database, you can click the "unsubscribe" link at the top of this page. If you want to later reactivate your account with a historical of the past orders, it will be possible by sending a request to the Stand 21 administrator.
